The Old Gods of Tellia were an order of beings of unknown origin, said to have first arrived in Tellia thousands of years ago. They were immensely powerful, plaguing the continent for centuries before they were eventually defeated. Included below is a brief description, as well as which modern god of Tellia defeated them. If one wishes for a more vivid description, please consult another text.
The Archivist was a large terrestrial entity, vaguely resembling a spider. It had a variable number of legs (generally between 9-13), and moved in an incredibly bizarre way, as if only part of it was manifest in the material world. It was known to reconstruct and remake things it found, living or otherwise, into strange imitations. These imitations served as as a sort of bait to lure the Archivist more prey to reconstruct, in a vicious cycle. It was defeated by Khisma.
The Broodmother was an amorphous entity said to be the origin of all the others. It was a slow, creeping mass, most analogous to a slug. It was said it would slowly absorb anything that it touched. In the immediate area around it at any time, were its "young", smaller creatures often seen in the Overseer's armies. It was defeated by Lemphisa.
The Keeper was an entity speculated to be protecting the gates to the afterlife. It was described as a sort of winding pillar of appendages, similar to a centipede but with tentacles, arms, legs, and even wings. It dwelled idly in the Heavenly Realm, and was thought to be one of the least powerful of the Old Gods, only witnessed entering the mortal realm 6 or 7 times. It was defeated by Shaffat.
The Leviathan was a gigantic monstrous entity that vaguely resembled a large sea serpent, with a mass of tentacles substituting for a face. It plagued the seas for years, sinking ships and devouring anything that was in front of it. It emitted a powerful psychic aura that transfigured, corrupted, and destroyed almost any sentient being in came in contact with that did not have the proper will. It was defeated by R'alaemaq.
The Overseer was a large creature, seemingly arranged of impossible proportions, which terribly distorted the space around it, blurring the distances between objects. It commanded large armies of smaller beings, which it would lurk behind, supporting silently with suppressive fire. It was defeated by Valgos.
The Rot was a hive mind of entities spanning across the forests of Tellia, controlled by a central giant entity that acted as a sort of queen bee, colloquially referred to as the Emperor of Rot. The Emperor would systematically send out the mindless drones to corrupt any biological entity they came in contact with, ripping them apart to use as more biological fuel for the colony. The Emperor was defeated by Utierres, which caused an immediate collapse and eradication of the colony at large.
The Tinkerer was the most humanoid entity, appearing as a a faceless mass covered in in silk robes. Underneath the robes, however, it could be observed that the "body" was a complete farce, seemingly held together by parts of different bodies and incomprehensible mechanisms. It was known to take interest in humanoid entities especially, often experimenting on them as it felt like it, long before the battles of the Fall of the Old Gods began. It was defeated by Confictis.
The Voyager was a large, shield shaped entity covered in eyes with a singular large tentacle. It was said to passively rest in the land above the sky. It was observed coming down occasionally and using its psychic powers to target singular things it found interesting, and bringing them up with it. If threatened, it would instead use those same psychic powers to manipulate the environment around it to either flee or crush its opponents. It was defeated by Aphelia.
